XMV3.5G25D-F33 Pump from Annovi Reverberi. The XMV3.5G25D-F33 is rated
3.5 GPM at 2500 PSI. The unit spins at 3400 RPM and is constructed to
mount to coupling, belt and gearbox drive systems, with either gas or
electric motors. This XMV style of pump can been identified with or without the period that separates the "3.5" gallon per minute flow rate specification. So, you may see this pump identified as the XMV3.5G25D-F, XMV3.5G25D, XMV3.5G25, XMV3.5G, XMV3.5, XMV35G25D-F33, XMV35G25D-F, XMV35G25D, XMV35G25, XMV35G or just the XMV35. But, no matter how it's written know that this XMV Pump is built to last like all XM series pumps with solid ceramic plungers, anodized cooling fans, over sized bearings and connecting rods. The outer elements of this pump are of the strongest forged brass and die cast metals making them very corrosive resistant and very long lived elements as well. - Forged Brass: Strength and no porosity equals long life. Higher hydrostatic pressures, safety and performance.
- Inlet and Discharge Ports: Heavy bosses for added strength.
- Offset Discharge Ports: High efficiency, smooth flow.
- Bolts: Eight bolts, 6mm, grade 12.9.
- Valves:
- Ultra Form Cages: Durability, strength and long life.
- Poppets, Seat and Spring: 303 and 400 series stainless steel.
- Valve Caps: Machined brass – greater strength.
- Packing and Plungers:
- High Pressure Packing: “V” style (D-1) Buna-N (cotton duct weave base) strong and tightens under load.
- Low Pressure Seals: “U” cup double lip Buna-N, good positive seal.
- Support Guides: Machined brass, two-piece construction to assure proper plunger alignment and to maximize packing and seal life.
- Plungers: Are a special aluminum oxide blend, solid ceramic for long life, strong durability and more resilient.
- Bearings: Over sized for maximum life and load disbursement, needle bearing on the drive side and ball on the non-drive side. Each bearing is held in position on the crankshaft and crankcase by snap rings. This assures positive alignment and centering of the connecting rods and crankshaft in relation to the crankcase, it also eliminates the crankshaft from floating.
- Crankcase: Precision die-cast, large cooling fins and anodized (for maximum heat dissipation).
- Rear Cover: precision die-cast, O-ring sealed and bayonet style sight glass for positive sealing and locking (no threads to loosen).
- Plunger Rods: Stainless steel construction for strength (no plating to scrape off). O-ring plunger sealing system.
- Rod Pins: Precision ground and hardened steel, over sized for load disbursement.
- Connecting Rods: One-piece special alloy aluminum based, over sized for maximum strength, load disbursement, and life. Heavy pin area construction, for added load strength.
- Crankshaft: Forged, precision ground and hardened for extremely long life and durability.
- Oil Seals and O-rings: All are constructed of Buna-N rubber. The O-rings have stainless steel garder springs to assure constant tension on the sealing surface.
- Oil Capacity: 14.5 oz., refer to parts breakdown.
- Dyno Proven: All pumps are dyno tested to assure the theoretical design meets the actual design.
- Valve Design: Each pump series has a valve design that optimizes its highest efficiency.
- Hot Water: High temperature kits are available to 180º F. Refer to breakdown
- Wet End Repair: Very simple no special tools are required.
- Mounting Bolt Pattern: Same on the top and bottom of the crankcase for simple drive side change.
- Design: Using advanced fluid handling design programs. Overall pump efficiency is increased.

The PUMP GUARD will 'dump' any water above 145 degrees F. before it reaches your pump (saving you the trouble of rebuilding your pump)
PRESSURE REGULATOR / UNLOADER - if we list one to the right of the pump this is the model we suggest you use with your pump. Other models with different features like adjustable or fixed and with / without chemical injector are available.
The INLET WATER FILTER will catch most small debris before it enters your pump
The EZ-START VALVE will remove the pressure on your motor when you first start your pressure washer, this item eliminates you pulling your trigger on your pressure washer gun when starting your pressure washer
The PRESSURE GAUGE KIT allows you to monitor what pressure you are operating your pump at! This is very important when you are cleaning delicate items like decks, fences and cars! It also helps you diagnose pressure problems with your pump!
PUMP OIL, you can never have enough on hand! Many pumps ship with oil already in them. But you should always have a bottle on hand so you can change your pump oil according to the manufacturers instruction.
