Since 1970 Equipment Trade Service Co. Inc. has been providing Industrial Cleaning Machinery, Chemicals and Supplies to Government, Transportation, Manufacturing, Construction, Contractors and Home Owners.

Our rental fleet includes Steam cleaners, portable space heaters, complete trailer units, and accessories!

We also offer road & shop service to repair most pressure washers and parts are available for ALL pressure washers!

Shipping

All items listed on this site are either manufactured by ETS Co. Inc. or distributed by ETS Co. Inc. We strive for 100% satisfaction related to the shipping of our products.

• All items under 90 lbs. ship via UPS or FedEx (Primarily UPS)
• All items must be shipped within the U.S.A. (many items may be shipped to Puerto Rico and Canada - call if you have questions)
• Any free shipping offers only apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States
• All orders are processed in the order they are recieved
• For rush delivery ( Same Dame, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day) please have your order to us before 12:00 p.m. EST. If you do get your order to us after 12:00 p.m. we cannot guarantee it will ship that day (It would ship say Next Day Air the following business day)
• Most orders are processed same or next business day depending when they are recieved. We are open here from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST
• Many items have lead times associated with them, here is a brief list:

  Here are a few transit maps to help you with shipping estimates..
  1) All in stock items will ship from ETS Inc. located in Norwood, PA. This typically includes most parts, some pumps on special, accessories and cleaning chemicals. In addition to those items, Hannay hose reels have the same in transit time plus an additional 5 business days build time.
  
  2) This next map shows transit times on almost all pumps and parts that are NOT in stock but WILL ship to you direct from the factory.
  
  3) This chart is a standard ground shipping chart on our popular Rapid Reel Triton series hose reels which ship direct from the manufacturer in Omaha, NE.
  
  

Returns

• Customers wishing to return items to ETS due to a defect in the product face no restocking fees (For example if you received a pump that does not work you would return the pump after calling us for shipping instructions. Once the Item is examined and deemed defective you will receive a credit for the item but not freight.)
• Customers wishing to return a product that is not defective must pay a restocking fee. Standard ETS restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price. Freight is not credited. Some items like custom hose reels can incur up to a 100% restocking fee due to the labor involved in the fabrication process.
• No returns after 60 days.
  
• Please call 610-583-7657 with any specific restocking fee questions
• We will only ship a pump for a GIANT homeowner pressure washer (or any other homeowner unit) if it is exactly the same pump as originally installed. Unfortunately we have been forced to establish a non-return policy for GIANT pumps, except for a manufacturers' warranty determination. Please be sure that you are ordering the correct pump before placing an order for GIANT.
